Mean as one is an online viewer and one is an installed application. The installed application Autodesk Design Review displays the same view reps that are in the IAM (and the DWF that was created from it) and you can switch between those view reps. With the online Autodesk Viewer there is a tab for views but the view reps that are in the DWF do not show up there. Question was asking if there was a way to switch view reps with the online viewer.
