Having been a user of MW Pro for several years I have always upgraded to the must current version..... however.... version 6.3 is a non starter for me at the moment. I downloaded, installed and started the program and noticed immediately how slow it was performing. What used to take seconds to complete, ie logging in ti accounts and down loading messages was taking forever and in some cases it was showing errors for account passwords. I returned to using 6.2 which is like grease lightening in comparison. Again the same problem with MW connecting to servers and downloading messages. I counted to 45 seconds and the progress bar had hardly moved and not a single message had appeared in MW before I gave up and went back to 6.2 again. As before it opened up over 20 odd messages from 5 accounts in seconds. The next option will have to be a clean installation having deleted every file and registry reference to MW. To help this you have a couple of options to tweak.Under Settings >> Accounts >> Incoming >> make sure MailWasher is also using IMAP at the top >> then under Advanced you can set how many days of emails to load. If I recall the default is 7 days.There is a setting to Download Read Email, off by default. I have no idea either why they are not coming in, they are all sent to my usual addresses, all POP. And nothing significant happened on December 7, email-wise.
